Are the artworks authentic?
Yes. Every artwork we place is 100% authentic, guaranteed with full provenance documentation and third-party verification where applicable.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Use of the artwork for the lease term, advisory, condition reporting, white‑glove delivery and installation, and comprehensive insurance.
Who insures the work?
Franotti maintains all‑risks fine‑art insurance covering transit and the agreed display location for the full declared value. We can provide a certificate naming you as additional insured.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is held for the duration of the lease to cover incidentals not addressed by insurance deductibles (for example, wall repairs after removal).
Can you reframe to suit our interior?

Can I purchase the artwork?
In most cases, yes. Contact us for purchase terms and a current market quote.
Minimum term?
Typical minimum is 3 months for private clients and 6–12 months for corporate programmes. Short‑term event loans are available on request.
What happens if a work is damaged?
Notify us immediately. We coordinate conservation/restoration per insurer guidance. You are responsible for reasonable care and for securing the display location.
